The 48th International Food Bazaar will return to celebrate diversity in our community through food, cultural activities, crafts, and music! This event is part of the Annual Global Fest, hosted by the City of West Lafayette, the International Center of West Lafayette, and Purdue Convocations.
Mark your calendar to come out on Saturday, September 21st, 2024 from 3 pm to 10 pm to Northwestern Ave, Columbia Street, and Chauncey Plaza in West Lafayette! It's the only free admission street food festival in West Lafayette!

The International Center of West Lafayette has been a welcome spot for International students, staff, and visitors since 1971. Created as a 501(c)(3) organization independent of Purdue, the simple, original mission of the IC remains today: to bring together the International and Greater Lafayette communities. We implement this through programs such as language practice groups, language classes, cultural & food events, cooking classes, etc.
The International Food Bazaar, our signature annual food event, began as a small celebration in 1975 to further this mission, and it has grown into an event featuring more than 20 food booths manned by both International visitors and local residents. They prepare their native family dishes and spend the day chatting with hungry patrons. This provides a unique interaction between Internationals and community members who are eager to experience new food and cultures.
