The International Center rents several rooms within our 523 office building for use by organizations, business groups, and individuals:
  • Three classrooms
  • Meeting room
  • Custom commercial kitchen with ServSafe certification
  • Grassy backyard and grill with rotisserie and wok stations

Cooperative Housing:

​The International Center has eight private, one-person rooms available for students and faculty:
  • Shared bathrooms and common areas
  • Rent includes AC, utilities, wifi, and cable TV service in living room
  • Weekly deep cleaning service provided for common areas
  • Free parking
  • Residents provide their own cell service and insurance for personal possessions
  • Residents required to take turns keeping common areas tidy and must keep their own rooms clean
Monthly, semesterly, and yearly leases available. Deposit required.
